SHERRY WEN · AI BUSINESS ARCHITECT · PRODUCT STRATEGY · HONG KONG

I turn the everyday problems people struggle to explain into products they want to use.

I am an AI Business Architect and product strategist with consulting and MBA training. Working and living across Hong Kong, mainland China and North America, I bring user problems, trust boundaries, service flows and business models into one workable product.

WHAT I DO

I care whether a product can actually help when information is incomplete and real-world constraints get in the way.

I start with a specific person and a problem that is hard to name, then identify the decision they need to make. I connect the experience with data, consent, human services and commercial operations — and say clearly what is live and what still needs testing.

SELECTED PRODUCT CASES

Three products that started with real life.

Each case begins with the problem I encountered, the choices I made and what still needs validation. The interface is only one part of the story.

CITY LIFE · TRUSTED RULES · LOCAL DISCOVERY

Petable City

As a pet owner across mainland China, Hong Kong and North America, I kept running into the same thing: a place said “pet-friendly,” then the conditions changed at the door. Petable helps people ask the right questions before this particular outing.

FAMILY CARE · CONSENT · TWO-SIDED EXPERIENCE

FamilyCare

I wanted care in long-distance families to be more than “Have you eaten?” FamilyCare puts care into the small things a parent can comfortably do each day.

Many people are not short of options; they are waiting for an answer they cannot regret. Life Path Lab helps them try one path worth testing first.

HOW I BUILD

I do more than make a good-looking first screen.

  1. 01

Name what is actually getting in the way

Start with a lived situation and a concrete friction, then make the constraints, choices and next step visible.

  2. 02

Build the experience and its rules together

Interface, information source, permissions, data quality and human handoffs need to work as one.

  3. 03

Keep room for what is not known yet

Separate what is live from what is assumed, then find a real way to test it.

WHAT I BRING

From a problem to a usable product, I take responsibility for the parts in between.

01

Make an unclear problem clear

Find the problem worth solving first through interviews, everyday friction and market context.

02

Put rules where people can understand them

Turn conditions, sources, freshness and consent boundaries into information people can use to decide.

03

Know when AI should step back

Use structured questions and useful outputs to support thinking; design a human handoff for higher-stakes choices.

04

Think beyond the page

Bring merchants, operating flows, service delivery, pricing hypotheses and feedback loops into the product itself.
